Daniel
Garriga is a photographer and director.
He was born in Barcelona, Spain. Growing
up in a visually arresting city, filled
with a strong artistic heritage helped
Daniel developed a keen interest in
visual arts, photography and fashion.
He majored in advertising at the University
in Barcelona and later on, moved to
NYC to study film at New York University
(NYU).
From early on, Daniel’s ambition
is to work in Film and Photography.
While building his portfolio he was
discovered by fashion Icon Iman and
her creative team.
She offered Daniel to shoot the campaign
for her new and now extremely popular
I-Iman Cosmetic line.
After his stint with Iman, his Fashion
and Beauty Photography blossomed and
led him to work for editorial clients
such as British Marie Claire, Marie
Claire, Esquire, Spanish Elle, Vogue
Brasil, Glamour, Sunday London Times,
Seventeen, I-d, Arena, Vibe, Dnr, Menswear,
Fitness, Maxim.
